Making seeds w/ T5

I plan on making some seeds this winter for next years outdoor grow. Now I have grown indoors before but never made any seeds indoors. I'm planning on using some T5's to make the seeds but was wondering if they will be good enough for seed production.

I have made seeds with 3 -42 watt cfls and got over 100 seeds of good quality
