Male or Female 40 day old photoperiods

Hey guys my photoperiod plants are about 40 days old from sprout. I’m trying to determine sex so I won’t waste time. One of my plants looks like it has a hair growing the other looks like a dot. Can anyone tell me if my plants are male or female?

First pic appears male, but kinda early. 2nd pic shows nothing
