Male or female !? Can anyone tell yet help me out

alright so im growing a kush plant right now under a 150 watt cfl bulb, ive got my grow cabinet lined with tinfoil and im good to go.. i dont know if it is a male of female yet, (hoping it is a female) anyone got any clues?

Tin foil is no good. It reflects mostly heat not light. Go with Mylar or glossy white paint. Also repot in to a container that isn't clear, light is bad for roots.

As for the sex, can't tell with those pics, need close ups of the nodes or where the branches meet the stem

To early. Tin foil is bad due to hot spots. For paint a flat white actually reflects more than a glossy. A plant will show sex when it reaches maturity even when switching to 12/12.

yeah as far as sex goes, even if you give closer pics of the nodes im gonna guess its not showing yet.

WAAAY too early to tell sex. And like has been suggested, shitcan the foil.
