Male Or Female? Hairs & Balls

Hi,
I'm having a problem deciding whether this one is a male or a female...maybe a hermie?
It has the white hairs in more than 1 spot, but few very tiny balls around other spots...


Can you please help?

Recommend spending that week or more nursing that plant back to good health. Looks pretty haggard.
