im not switching lights. i have 4 cfls on 6 plants that are 13 days old. when i find a female ill kill the rest than ill have 4 cfl's for 1 plant.

well... you wont see the sex until they go into flowering. which is when u switch the lights to 12/12

I haven't done this, but i've read you can go into flowering to trigger sexing, and as soon as you determine sex, go back to a veg light cycle (or maybe even 24/hr, if you consider it look up legit info)

it might slow the grow process but then you can accomplish your goal of eliminating all but 1 and focusing all the lights on it.

This is true, it does slow growth for a while after you go back to veg. Also if you clone, don't do it till it's in full veg or the clones will struggle.

what if the one female you keep goes hermie?? that would suck huh......keep atleast 3 or 4 to make sure you get a female..thats what i would do
