seems like its too soon, switch to the HOS when your ready to knock the lighting schedule down to 12/12.
remember your plants will stretch and it will shock you how much, i have a plant that was 12" tall and within 2 weeks time it stretched to 36" tall and continued to grow. i try and LST and then flip flower once the plant hits the 12" mark to allow at least another 1ft of stretch.
that being said, make sure you flip before the plant gets to desired height because the first 3 weeks of 12/12 before the plant goes into flower and as it is making the transition they will stretch and you dont want them to be growing into your light.
