I completely agree with this. That little piece poking out means nothing...wait until you see something growing at the base of that and if it shoots pistils then congratulations but if it explodes with nutsacks then that's just unfortunate unless making seeds or hemp products lol

When you do have a male plant and its in with females, how long can it be in there before i remove it/remove the pollen sacks?

you should remove as soon as you are 100% sure it's male...no sense keeping it in the room but you do have a few days before it starts having its way with your gals.
do not "remove the pollen sack"...just get rid of the males and don't keep them any where close....best to burn them
