No,not unless it's a Hermie.
Well is mine a hermie then?
I have a plant that has quite of bit of balls on the stems.
But has white hairs coming from the top.
Well I wasnt sure if it was worth keeping b/c I didnt know if it was any use..

Well it's up to you... All cannabis plants make THC, males and herms just make less of it. If you can carefully bag the plant in question before it's pollen sacks open, you can prevent pollen from flying around your grow room. Also, if you let the herm grow, you can use leaves, stems, and roots to make green dragon or hash.
