Looks like a clone that was in flower and is going through re-veg.

I think I see a couple of pistils (female parts) on there. I think what those are at the nodes are brachts that form early during preflower.

I’m with @MickFoster on this one. I’ve used a cut to sex out a plant & revegged it. It showed the same signs. This is a female. Here’s a couple of pics.

I'm with those saying it looks female. One of my plants has bracts like that under some of the buds

It's female it just re-vegged (3 blade leaves)
