Males no longer useless!!

back in my youth, we used to save all of our stems, all of them if they were of good size. we would take our other friends stems if they didn't want them from their stash after they broke it up. if you've got a group of friends that smoke regularly then this doesn't take long at all to get a good quantity of stems. we would get about four fingers depth and one to two thick of stems in a regular sandwich baggy. anyways back to the topic. we would brew our own stem tea, much like bhang but with purely stems. heres the process we would use.

1. gather the stems
2. boil appropriate amount of water to stems (1 finger thickness to cup water)
3. add a little butter to the water to give the trichromes something to stick too. not much at all. after all its a drink not cannabutter.
4 add the stems to the water after the water is boiling instantly lowering heat to slow roll.
5. stir around and let the water turn a pale yellow bringing to slight boil.
6. after some time just fish the stems out, add some sugar, NEEDS SUGAR and drink while hot, add an icecube if you need but drink right afterwords at a fast steady pase, the faster the better.

we did this numerous times after our stem gathering spell. but i just did this with my male plants, use two, two foot plants just showing signs of sex. took the same steps just removed the leaves and washed off all the dirt. i used the root ball also, after cleaning of course, i dont knoow if that helps but i did, gives it flavor if nothing else. lol. but i drank it and i feel great. you dont get stoned off your ass, or stoned at all, but it gives you a tranquil, peace mode. it kinda smells like boiled spinage when cooking but, plug your nose, take a gulp and let me know what you think or if you have done this before, what am i leaving out that could make it tase better or be more potent. im definate gonna use this with all my female stems after harvest. its like scrapeing your bowl out on a rainy day. haha. enjoy all

ohh contrare, males do produce thc, but not nearly as much and its not concentrated in one location like females. the amounts are less but still there, thats why i used two male plants. im feelin pretty good.

suposedly males can produce just as much THC on their serface area as females, just that buds happen to have about 10000 times more surface area than any part of the male plant, and more surface area also means more weight, so the reason for smoking and growing females is obvious. In fact alot of countries such as moraco, and arabic countries that smoke mostly hash rather than bud make their hash from both mails and females, damn near half the hash they make comes from male plants.

Ill go get some info but I have yet to see a scientific study show thc from a male plant

I stand corrected thier is a study that says ultra low levels of thc can be found in a young new male plant but it disappears at certain stages.You are correct.

You're both wrong. Males produce the MOST thc.

I dont know I googled THC male plants and variations and find lots of stuff saying it contains little THC, others saying it contains just as much, others saying it has slightly less, nothing saying it has more thc... why are we waisting our time growing females

I imagine on of us could take it upon ourselves and get a definitive answer, just grow a male plant and look at it through a microscope, and vuala we now know the answer... than smoke it and we know it even more

dont tell me males dont make thc ,i killed my first plant at 33 inches cuz it was male ,i had no smoke ,so i cut the leaves and smoked it,rough as hell ,but i was stoned ,not comparable to buds ,but gathering of all the thc of that male plant would have easily been worth it

male plants have about 1/4 the thc that a female plant of same gen line does.

males do produce THC, my plant is coverd in the shit.

Males DO make THC.

Has'nt any body ever made hash from males plants?? Of course male plants have trichs and THC. Some more than others. Alot of the hash I make comes from male plants.

Aaah yes, but just because there are trichs it doesn't mean that there's going to be THC. I was reading that trichs that grow on the underside of leaves don't have any THC in them? That can't be true.. say it ain't so.
