so i just found this gem on msn.. dude knew his wifes password, and went on her account and read an email and found out she was having an affair, and now he faces felony charges for misuse of computer or some crazy shit like that..
what's everyone feel about this one?
on one hand, i can see how he obviously broke his wifes right to privacy, but she also broke his trust and committed adultery..
idk, to charge the dude with a felony seems a lil rough in my eyes..

It will never stick. He has grounds for divorce. All he has to do is rack up some serious attorney fees before he files on her and then hand her half the bill. There is no expectation of privacy on a computer.

I bet he'll get the charges dropped. That's seriously reaching for a charge IMO. Sounds like a filthy fucking skank trying to get back at her man for getting caught.

Hey Racer, that's truly a crazy situation. I'm sure he'll get away w/ it. If he doesn't and is charged think about all the women who do this to men and discovering similar things or using programs to find what their husbands have been doing online only to discover he watches porn(not that I do ;-) ) It's basically the same as hiring a prvate detective to go around and videotape what your doing the other person has a right to know I guess.
