Man I Need Serious Help with This Going Crazy on This Ventilation. Help Please!

I just bought a Soler & Palau td 200, 460 cfm. I have a 5x5x6.5 grow tent.

My temps right now are 82-85 degrees with no light on. I have a 600w cooltube set up like this:

Light>ducting>Fan>ducting>Out of tent into attic.

I plan on setting up a carbon filter as soon as I need it but for now I don't.(can someone send me links to carbon filter) that will work awesome with my setup.

When I turn light on temps climb to around 90 degrees with the td 150 attached so I removed it and am going to set up the Td 200. Will this help? It's not here on its way ordered and paid today.

I have a S&P td 150, 250cfm just sitting on the sidelines now. Should I use this to vent air into the tent?
Or is one fan plenty good enough?

I have 2, 6in clip on fans moving air inside tent aswell.

What can I do to have my temps stay at around 82 or lower which is temp in house where tent is and not have them climb once light is on?

Please help and ask me anything. I will respond quick :)

I am willing to consider any info I need help I am setting tent up currently so I have time to do this right. I just need some help and info if I am on the right path.

Your temps are going to climb. 90 degrees isn't a terrible temp....I know that a lot of people in here bitch and go on saying your temps need to be high 70's, low 80's, but the truth is...it's crap. Some of the best herb grown is in tropical climates. My point is, ideally you want the temps to be higher in veg than flower, and higher during the day than night. As long as the plant has sufficient nutrients and co2 it will fare just fine in the low 90's. Granted, you don't want the light to be hot on the plants, if its comfortable for you to hold your hand over the top of the plants for an extended period of time, then your girls will be ok.
Disclaimer: if temps get to high, the plant will stunt, and refuse to continue growing.
