Im Just Soo Shocked That We as canadians and even american would let marc emery get hauld off to the usa to sit in jail for somthing he was doing here in canada!! SUPORTING US AND OUR CAUSE NONE THE LESS!
and what are we doing... NOTHING. I cant sit back and Feel good about myself knowing hes rotting in jail and for what? selling seeds That i garentee most of us have grown!! all im saying is if he helped us with our cause while he was free i think the least we can do is help him while we are..:leaf:

any suggestions as to what we can do to help are all welcome!

We have thousands of people here connected so dont tell me we cant do anything!!

Exactly. It really sucks, but it's america. They do whatever they want. It's bullshit, but there's really nothing we can do.

I think emery is more using the fact that it was bullshit to help the movement and make people realize just how ridiculous the american government can be. I do agree though, it's a little over-played.

I remember seeing an interview with him on some pot documentary, idk which one (seen too many) He said something like, "we needs lots of pot. And we need to have millions and millions of people growing this pot." That's not a very good way to stay out of prison if you're already selling seeds across borders.

He is doing a 5 year guilty plea sentance of what was supost to be 30 to life!
For a fuckin plant.
I agree he knew what he was doing when he started, but this whole thing wasent a selfish act, he did it to benifit us all!
And just like him I see the curruption caused by the government, if we ever want to be even the slightest bit close to Legalization we need to pick up were he left off!:leaf:

The only reason the government can controls us is because they have so many people organized.
We need to step up our game and get on it because it's more then just weed it's our freedom.

I see where you guys are coming from with the "just do your time" and what not, it's bullshit because he's serving time in an American jail because of something that he did in Canada. I know he sold seeds to people in the States, but so do tons of other companies.

This is the same shit as when Tommy Chong got sent to jail just because he could be an example of.

He did put most of the money he got back into the cause, his business, his magazine, and countless other things. He didn't do it for the money.

lol he is not in jail yet they are waiting for an answer from the minister of justice to see if he will be sent or not!
lol this was all started over SEEDS not the actual plant ( now you see how fucked up the american war on drugs is) and if we are not careful here in canada we will have the same ( we need to get rid of harper badly) the candian government the current one is ignore human and civil rights and destroying canadian sovergienty it is time to get every one up in arms and say enough is enough!

the governemnt doesnt realize they work for us the canadian and american people and what we say has to be heard!

Canada was probably taking extreme pressure from the united states. Kind of like a "were doing this whether you like it or not, dont get in our way, and give us Emery"

I think everyone is missing the point here. The DEA came to Canada and served a USA warrant for his arrest and extradition because the Vancouver police didn't want to.
That would be like the RCMP going to the USA and serving a warrant there.
The Harper Gov't has no fucking balls and is fucking up this country.We need to get rid of him and this conservative Gov't ASAP
