Marijuana jobs ?????

So im sick of Canada's stupidity when it comes to Medical cannabis so questions

1. Can Canadians work in the US in the Medical/recreational use jobs
2.if so is there any paperwork that one would need and what is it
3. any one hiring that would take on an experienced Canadian lol

I can't be certain, but it seems to me that if you are Canadian and you can work in the US, you could also work in the cannabis industry where it is legal.

And as to point three.....if you have a lot of advanced growing experience, that can only be a plus for getting one of these jobs.

Well the way I understand for work visa you need a job offer and that may cause a hiccup. And federal taxes that have to be filed may cause a bigger problemlol

Not sure I agree with that...think of all the times you have applied for a job. They dont ask you for pics or vid of you working, they sit down with you and (generally) talk about your experience and capabilities in the field you have chosen, after looking at your resume. Hell, it should be about the same as getting a regular job.

if you are serious about looking for work in this field then in my area you can find a job cuz in July of this year recreational use will be legal and in Jan. Of next year they will start taking applications for producers processors and I belive transport and wholesale. I live in Oregon. Check it out
