Mars Hydro 1000 lights flickering won't shut off

So I've only have my Mars Hydro T1000 for about 9-10 months now I have about 10 diodes that won't shut off and it flickers can I still use it I'm going to send it back is this dangerous I can't get it to shut off unless I unplug it

Mars are shit. On par with SF.

Get your money back if you can and buy HLG or Gavita
