Hi All,

In a 4x4, I am using a MarsHydro TS1000 in between 2 Viparspectra450s only running white light for seedlings... Any advice on time/height/power for seedlings? Currently running all 3 lights @ height: 22inches, power: 30% time: 18/6, medium: coco

Thanks in advance for any commentary!

How many seedlings seems like overload. IMO I would turn your ts1000 on 50 percent race it to 3 ft above seedling tops shut your vipars down and ease into them. If They start stretching, increase.

Lockedout, many thanks for the reply. I pooped 6 seeds in moist paper towels and transplanted to 5gal smart pots in a 4x4. Bc they are in 5 gals I thought better coverage w using all 3 on lower intensity...but this is my first LED attempt. I’ll post a pic this morning.

Lol lol...popped ^

Any idea what’s going here? My assumption is high ph...?

Sorry bud just saw this. I had a plant do this once until I transplanted it. The light streaking in between the veins kind of looks like nitrogen or a little calmag would help. Try a light light dose if you haven't already. She looks great for being not even 4 weeks. I notice that if I start in smaller pots and build a great root structure before putting in my 17liter smart pots they explode with growth. But I dont grow from seed. I take 15 big 12 inch clones right before and after the 12/12 flip If youre thinking high ph that could be, which in turn is causing nutrient lockout..showing the signs of deficiencies. Do you use tap water it usually has a good amount of calcium and magnesium in it.

@LockedOutSmokedOut no worries! Here’s is where we are at today, Sunday gave 100% nute soak at 5.85ph and some epsom salt foliar as the lights went out Monday..still looking like N and CalMag needed? Thanks!

Also, yes I do use tap water but it’s from my well...it’s very high quality but it’s def a little hard but I would think the Cal would be a benefit in this case
