Mars Hydro TSW2000

Would 2 Mars hydro tsw2000's in a 4x4 tent be over kill if someone wanted to grow SOG style with a rotation cycle of 4 new plants every 2 weeks (8 week strains)?
or would they be better off with two ts1000's?

searched their website, they say for bloom each tsw2000 is good for 2x4, therefor 2 of them in a 4x4 would be perfect.
