That's what I use. I'm very happy with it.
That is for small space get 2000 or 3000 if you are getting mars.. dont mind numbers they dont equal hps

This TS3000 is a fairly decent light. Anyone someone asks for my opinion on it though, I can't stress enough the value of getting 2 TSL2000s instead. 2 different hanging heights and being able to spread the birds apart, makes a huge difference in EVEN coverage.

Are you asking if the air temp will be 28 degrees if you use that light?
Nobody knows that, it certainly wont if you live in a 30 degree climate.
Air temp is directly related to the air exchange and the wattage in the space.
Im going do it in a small bedroom buddy with my filter and fans going will it drop temperature like
