Massachusetts Growing (continued)

Has anyone in Massachusetts (Boston area) ever transplanted seedlings outside as late as mid-July? I am growing Chumaluma and Kashmir Resin Factory and would prefer they be outside. I've grown a lot of outdoor produce in my life, but this is the first time it will include weed. Any advice would be great.
