MASSIVE Grow Room Complete setup - Help needed everyway.

Hi, i come from a hot semi tropical country (tropic of cancer) so you the know the weather is almost always humid and hot.
Weed is fairly common in my country and its readily available in many places, but no one in so many years has figured it out on how to grow it. it's filled with stems, seeds, fertilisers and other dirt etc. containing at most 4% THC. Needless to say i was thinking on doing my own plants for me and a group of my friends.

We have been planing our grow for the last year but as you might figure it out. all of us are complete noobs, but we have always wanted to smoke weed we see in American and EU pictures and videos. so we decided to do our own grow and make it right.

Let me start with providing some details on what my plans are. The location, the seeds etc. i wanted to get help on how to get the room started from seed to weed. A-Z from Choosing the lights (which, how many), vents, pots size, soil mix, nutrients, equipments, temperature & humidity control, airflow and co2, manpower, electric costs and if there is anything i am missing. i hope this thread can be a mega thread for any noobs who want to start their grow. which will yield then a decent amount of harvest with optimal conditions.

*Just to mention it we wouldn't like to spare any costs on the grow. we are planing to purchase 20% extra of the needed amounts. eg. light needed for the total grow are 100. We will buy 120.

Area Climate -

Hi, so if you have not guessed it by now, my country has a very hot and humid climate throughout the year. Temperatures of 25C - 35C are normal. The grow place on the other hand is about 7C to 10C cooler than the country, with temperatures rarely exceeding 26C and being as low as 16C.

The humidity on the other hand is very high in this place than the country's avg. it stands at about 90%.

its about 17C to 24C in this season with 85% to 90% humidity.

Grow Area Size -

To get started, there are 6 beds in the house. all with their balconies and baths. outside areas X 2,
living room, kitchen and 2 guest bathrooms, one on each floor.

The house is semi isolated, meaning there are places near it. but it stands alone for at least 25M to 50M.
it has a easy access of roads to drop the needed equipments safely and fast.

We plan on using 5 out of the 6 beds to grow.
3 from the top floor and 2 on the ground floor.

Room 1 -
Length,Breadth/Width (15,10) = 150 sq2

Room 2 -
L,B (14,15) = 210 sq2

Room 3 -
L,B (10,14) = 140 sq2

Room 4 -
L,B (14,8.5) = 119 sq2

Room 5 -
L,B (14,8.5)= 119 sq2

also we are thinking on converting all of the room into a tent and not actually buying a tent. covering the wall woth reflective material etc.

*Sizes are in feet, not mentioned otherwise.

The grow room sizes should be able to help in deciding how many plants can be planted in each room also how many lights needed, this is accounting for the free space for moving and access to the plants.

lights or plants can be deiced based on each other.
eg. if we decide to place 100 plants in a room. it will take X amount of lights.

or

if we decide to X amount of lights (accounting for the movement space) we can plant X amount of plants with optimum light coverage.

Seeds -

We plan on using Mephisto genetics Autoflowers. we have about 45 strains from them. and a few freebies and random autoflowers we bought which were purple in genetics.
(Hence we would like some help from Mephisto growers. @FarmerHatBeard @HotBunz @Dabbinblunted @TaNg PeNg @Big smo )

we have about 1200 seeds and around 60+ strains.

Equipment and Grow questions -

Hi, i'm glad i completed all of the above parts. now this the main question i am looking for to be answered.

Like i said earlier, we are looking to spare no expense in the equipment sector. we want the plants to be happy and blooming. therefore, we are looking to give them the best conditions required for a plant/grow.

the list i am looking for should have everything you can remember your autoflowers needed.

eg.

Lights, Pot size, Soil mix, cooling, humidity, temperature, smell control, ph readers, lumen readers, nutrients,
etc.

everything that will be needed for a seedling to grow into a healthy adult. everything to counter any problems we may face along the duration of the grow.

We plan on buying our equipment from Sinowell.

Techniques -

Hi, in this section we would like a input from all autoflower growers and general weed growers, on what methods they use to make their plants healthy, blooming and the buds to be proper tasty, frosty. how they prepare for planting, during grow, preparing for harvesting, how to harvest, trimming, drying, storing.

in short, every technique known to you to create a top shelf bud from the healthiest plants.

In this section i will be updating with the cost of the grow, how much everything cost.

Whats the available power? You will be drawing heaps.

The temps are not a problem thats not as hot as most parts of Australia so im guessing your on an island. You will need dehumidifiers by the sounds of it- for each grow room.

hi, yes the lights is not going to be problem, i have got a industrial meter. it is going to cost loads.

the humidity is a problem. i have got 2 dehumidifiers and humidifiers for each room. plus 30k btu coolers each room.

the coolers also manage the humidity. so i think it will be managed.

i have the investment, i am looking for a paid consultant who will help me get thru this. because it is very hard for me to get it done alone.

I read through your post and as soon as you said Sinowell I had a good laugh. They're a nightmare to deal with. They will send you their pdf and it will all look great, but their tents have holes in them, they don't stock most of the stuff and it has to be made, they get stuff from other places and then tell you a few weeks after they can't source it and they take an age to get things organised. I dealt with them once and they told me 20 days in total to get it all ready and it took them two months in the end with a third of the order being cancelled. This wasn't even for a grow facility directly but sourced for about six different grow stores and I can tell you they were furious

Well I am a noob myself but this is what I think, it's going to cost you a lot to complete such project.

Lights, you've got 738 sqfl total, if you use 70% of it to grow and the other 30% for aisles and equipments then you are left with 516 sqf, which translates roughly to 15500 watts- 35000 watts needed all depends on your choice. Using COBs on a 4X4 frames you'll need 6 kits room 1, 9 kits room 2, 6 kits room 3, 5 kits room 4, 5 kits room 5. Total of 31 kits price per decent kit $600-$900.

As for air circulation, fans, CO2 etc... you need to answer some questions like the height of the rooms, do you want a closed cycle or fresh air cycle, do you mind the smell or is the smell an issue for you or not.

Anyway it's advisable to start with the smallest room for two grows before going all out on 5 rooms, the investment is going to be crazy high for 5 rooms.
