Master Grower & his team (New Growers)

Hello to all fellow growers ... im just going to ask... i dk.. hut here goes.

I'm very new to the cannabis/marijuana private grow arena, however I have done some research and I think I may be off to a good start... but now I need some help... but I was thinking: " not only do I need some help... but I really need mentoring. One to two wise and experienced grower/ growers that would like to Help/ train a Noob and at the same time, enhance the mastery of your craft and train and teach virtually.
I'm 50 (not flighty... not going to waste ur time... lol
I am a very quick learner (I study plant life of some sort everyday)
I can check in with you as u request...i.e pics and updates... feedings, ...ect
I don't have the best equipment at the moment but I'm growing and can upgrade as funds permit but here is the set up:
Tent: 2x4x5 foot tent (no light leaks) tent is tucked in a closet (after initial grow... i will cultivate 2 plants only..)
2- 5 gal DWC w/ ice probes for temp control and bubbles for O2
1 - 4" inline fan w/ speed control and carbon filter
1 vertical tower fan... 1 small 4" fan(but im going to order a 6" clip in today.
1 have a humidifier (didnt needn't use yet, i probably won't for this run) I'm going to order a De humidifier for this run ( im going to need it)
2- 600w MARS HYDRO LED'S (plus 3 sets of small 30w full spec. Leds)
THE GROW: I STARTED WITH 5 LADIES... NOW I HAVE 3 LOL VERY NOOB MISTAKE... MORE WAS.NOT MORE... LOLOL
But now I have 1 pineapple express (photoperiod) and 2 Cream cookies (autos..another noob mistake.. i think)
2 are in there 2nd week of flower starting TODAY. ONE OF THE AUTOS IS LAGGING BEHIND... NEED HELP WITH THIS ONE.
PICS BELOW
The problem child today is my Cream cookie auto that has pale green/ yellow tips and a couple of "wobbling" small twist in newer leaves but otherwise looking good
I need a mentor / mentors. i can't pay you... but I will pay the knowledge and experience forward... without the family recipes when I have enough experience lololol.
Any takers?? (I TRULY REALIZE THAT THE FULL COMMUNITY HERE IS THE VALUE OF THIS SITE... but noobs need a narrow stream of information to steer through. At least I do.
Thanks you all for reading this long AF post.
:)

Have you looked around locally for someone to mentor you? There are a lot of new growers here, and in other growing communities, who think they are experts and one of them becoming your mentor could lead you down the wrong path and it could take you a long time to figure that out. Having another local grower that you can call, or meet up with, every now and then would be much more beneficial.

I agree. Just start with what you got and if something confuses you make a thread about the specific issue. People will surely chime in and try to help. There are some legit growers on this site still. Lot of knowledge to be found.

I kinda thought it was a good idea... hopefully so.. i got issues lol... but no takers yet... hopefully someone will take up the mantle .

Yellow new growth is more than often overfertilized, your plants look lush and green possibly a slight overdose but i really dont know the facts there.

You dont need a mentor just keep it simple, keep doing what your doing.
