ok guys, i noticed a bit of root rot on my 8 master kush clonings, which are on their 4th week of flowering. im using botanicare organic nutes, and a little myco. pH is at 5.8, and am, running it in dwc. im thinking the water got too hot because the exhaust was not hooked up yet. i now have the exhaust hooked up to my hood with a max temp of 82F.
i cleaned out the rez, which was disgusting looking from the soil that the clones left behind, and the myco.
i then added fresh distilled h2o, but this time with 15-20 mL of Hydroguard, and adjusted the pH accordingly.
the question is now.... when do i add fresh nutrients?
when the roots look pretty again? i also thought i saw some of the roots floating around, and i have read other posts that say the same thing so i guess it's working.
i plan on going to change the rez again tomorrow and add a quarter strength nutes if the roots are white first thing tomorrow morning(light cycle morning).
anyone have any pointers? is this stupid? should i have added nutes with the hydroguard?
heres a pic, but not of the rot. these were taken like 4 days ago.
