Maui Wowie x 4, Bubblegum x 1, Super Skunk x 2 Coco Coir/Perlite

Growing the above in a 4x4 tent. Vipraspectra KS5000, VPS and BAS nutrients. Looking to beat 3 ounces per plant achieved under rough indoor environmental conditions this past summer, April through September. 6 plants. 10 gallon cloth containers. Filled with 8 gal coco/perlite. Only one plant used all 8 gallons and had roots to the bottom. Remainder used about 2/3rds of medium.

Plants are in 5 gallon cloth containers this run. May do 3 gal next time. Medium is 50/50 Mother Earth Coco/perlite (added another 20% perlite). Have been watering daily with 1L of VPS nutrient solution. Until this week EC 1.6 max, PH 5.8. Now feeding about EC 2.0. Runoff, when it occurs, indicates a medium EC of 1.2 to 1.6.

One bubblegum didn't make it out of the ground after sprouting in water, but already have too many plants in tent. Will do 5 max in 5 gallon containers next time. Or 4 to 6 in 3 gal.

Plants have 16+ flower sites per plant. Plants are 9-12 inches in height and are about 14 to 18 inches wide. Plants were topped 3 times. All branches LST'd. Defoliated 3 times during topping. Final topping, stripped to the tip, leaving 3 nodes per branch, on 12/12/22.

Light was 39 inches at 100% to provide heat in tent during veg. PAR 500 to 600. Light set to ~25 inches beginning of last week (week . Light is now 23 to 25 inches off canopy at 100%. PAR is about 700. Plan to lower to 16 inches when flipped. Par 800 to 850 max.

Plants will flip on 12/19 in celebration of Satan's people.

Week 4 of flower will be complete in about 4 hours. Reducing light to 11.5 hours per day today. Trying to maintain environmental conditions based on the Build A Soil (BAS) schedule.

Lights are about 13 inches off the plants that stretched the most. Manufacturer recommends 16 inches but not noticing any adverse effects.

99% certain I didn't mess up the plant labels, but I have 2 MW, 1 SS, and 1 BG that stretched a lot. Anyway not raising lights again until I see adverse affects. Tent has been too full to super crop with removing plants. So I let them grow. Need to defoliate again. Defoliated about 10 days ago. Had to chop branches off 2 weeks into flower. Too crowded.

Still using the Ventana Plant Science liquid fertilizer in conjunction with BAS Flower Top Dress and Build a Bloom. Top dressed with 2 TBSPs BAS Craft Blend a few days ago. Last use of Craft Blend for this grow. Will most likely use Build a Bloom a couple more times Week 5 and 6.

Had a few fungus gnats. Had used Mosquito Bits last year and it works if you stick with it but I found that Dawn dish soap in water knocks the gnats down quickly. Had been using Dawn this past summer on fire ants. Instant termination. I will continue to spray it on the top surface as required, as I see gnats.

Fed the last 2 days with VPS and a tea made from BAS Craft Blend and Flower Top Dress. Has been brewing for several weeks. Use a couple liters at a time mixed with VPS. Plants seem to be happy. Plan is to go water only after week 6. We'll see what happens. I'm in coco coir.

The fans I'm using are good. Think they were about $40 at Costco and they blow air hard in multiple directions. They've been running pretty much non stop since April 2022. Had to disassemble and unsolder a bunch of LEDs on the fan control panel. Otherwise you can't use them during lights off.
