maybe leaf problem pic:

Was thinking there is a problem with the leaves curling like they are.
plant is not growing as fast as others, been feeding Fox Farms grow big half tea spoon per half gallon water every other day. stran bag seed.Other plants doing fine.anyone have a idea.
reason black rag around planter is because planter is a light green 5 gal. bucket thinking light could penatrate threw.

Possibilities:
1. Over/or/Under Watering
2. Over feeding it..
I'm not the best when it comes to leave problems. But I try.

EDIT: I just re-read this..re-looked over the pictures, it doesn't look like anythings wrong?
