Mayor Bernero backs Lansing legalization

They turned in 6,400 sigs today to get the measure on the ballot in November and the mayor says he's all for it. I find this proposal to be interesting in that it legalizes the possession, use, AND transfer of up to an ounce on private property. Lansing is a pretty weed friendly city so I anticipate this passing. Kinda makes me wonder what the state of the act would be like today if Virg would have beat out Snyder.
