I need to get my script renewed in the next couple months.. I was told my doctor is the best like everyone is told.. My buddy just got his renewed and he brings it over.. 120 plants? Wtf? From what I was told, 99 is the most you can get.. It is the most I have seen.. I was told anything over 99 is fed time and all the same shit that everyone hears. Can someone please clear this up? Because he paid 50 bucks less than me. I will gladly pay 50 less for 21 more plants if it's legal?
 
I'm a California patient the only way people get away with a lot of plants after getting caught is if legally everything is in order and if your a care giver working for several patients. 99 for yourself is beyond retarded. No court will believe you they never believe anyone else I highly doubt you're the exception.

Really now? Well I'm glad your a doctor, policeman, and a judge all at once to give me such terrific information. I have already had walkthroughs in the past and everything checks out. So please get the fuck out of here with your nonsense

I've broken more bones than you can count on your fingers and toes. Metal in shoulders, wasted knee. Lots of head injuries as well. I couldn't work if I wanted to.. So you have no fucking idea what you are talking about
 
Do you think it's wise going around telling people that they're going illegally regardless of what their legal advisor and doctor said ? considering I've had the five oh in my house.. Been there dealt with that.. i think I might know a thing or two about the topic

says it expands his lungs so he could breath better.

In the Kelly decision the Supreme Court said that there are no plant number limits in the law that the people voted on (Prop 215). The law specifically says that a patient can grow as many plants as is necessary within "a reasonable amount."

So that said, the limit is whatever the local pigs that are harassing you say it is.

A bit off topic
When I go a a new dispensary the paperwork I sign says I'm turning over my grow rights to them to grow on my behalf in order to supply product for me. If I am signing a version of this at all the places I visit.....? Its just crap for (their) bum coverage? Does it mean I'm not supposed to grow or limit me? When ever I ask the staff they say don't worry about it its nothing. I'm not worried just curious. Anyone know?
 
If you are arrested the doctor will need to show up in court to explain why he/she wrote you a recommendation for a huge number of plants. In many situations the doc doesn't show and you are left hanging.
