Medium, Container, & Nutes for the first time grow! (Autos)

Ok guys some of my equipment has arrived for my first grow now its just a matter of setting it up and waiting for my seeds. I'm wanting to purchase the medium material and containers this weekend but I'm still not sure what to get as I've seen several suggestions.

Details:
Area: I will be growing in a 8x3 Foot grow area
Lights: I have 2 400Watt HPS/MH Lights (800Watt Total)
Strain: White Widow Autoflower

Questions:
1) What should I buy for my medium? What do the autoflowers tend to like?
2) Should I use 3 Gallon or 5 Gallon containers.
3) and the main thing I'm confused about is what nutrients to use and how much?
4) Can I use my HID lights directly after sprouting?
5) Whats the best way to germinate autoflowers, and move them to my containers (I understand autos don't like to be transplanted)
6) Grown and maintained correctly do you think 2-3 ounces per plant is about right?

I know that is a lot of questions any advice on any of them would be greatly appreciated!

Wonder over to the auto section and start asking questions and look at the auto journals. I grew a couple of Pandora outside this summer. They were shit lol. Lots of mediocre stuff
