Medium to Mogul screw-in socket adaptors...are these safe?

I just noticed these and it would save me a relative fortune on a mogul socket and shipping.

But I am bit sketchy on the issue, any opinions?

Well, they should be if used properly. We need to know what your doing with them first, b4 we can say its safe for your setup.

So, it sounds like you have a HID with a medium base, and have the same wattage bulbs, but are mogul?

Hmm, maybe I'm just being a tard then...I thought the 'medium' sockets were household sockets, ala using a straight up lamp-type socket w/ adaptor...to use my Mogul base bulb without the investment of a mogul socket.

Was that my long-winded tardness getting the best of me?
