Apparently they are going to use the parker case as a defence and wanted this to happen.Don't know if it's true or not but Shawn has stated that he started the Goldstars thing too.Like I said I am just repeating don't know the facts.

You mean terry Parkers case?
Cus from what I remember his case was nothing like a storefront selling rec

I would hazard a guess they will claim it's all medical use and the customers can't access their meds or doctors who will sign affordably any other way. Again just guessing. They want to be convicted and want to appeal the conviction all the way to the scoc.
