mentor needed!

I have a few plants that are three weeks and i have no clue what im doing! this is my first time and i didn't even think they were going to grow but they did! i need someone that can help me with nuts and light also dirt and everything in between. i would like to turn my closet in to a grow room but don't know where to start. right now they have a CFL on them and also a reg flor light as well. they have tinfoil wraped around where they are and i water them and put the plant sticks inthem as well. but my b/f drop the best looking one and we put it back but it doesn't seem to be growing anymore its not dead but won't grow PLEASE HELP

im with this guy. faq should answer most if not all of your questions.

im looking for someone that has like AIM or Yahoo that i can chat with one a daily base at least for the frist few weeks and stuff i have so many questions and i would really love to talk to someone that has grown before then to read a ton of people chooses i mean that way i can try what someone already knows worked for them. im willing to share the harvest lmao
