Ive got this light.. its 175 MH light but it had a LIttle pieace of glass in it.. can i still use it?


Everything seems to befine i dont see any broken parts..

but i dont no.. shoul di just throw it away?

what glass are you talking about ?
if it is just the glass that would prevent the bulb from geting wet you can run with out it. but to be sure we need a pic of wht you are talking about .

now that i reread your post i see that you have a small piece of glass inside of your
bulb .rite? if so i would not trust it. i have had them burst from just the slightest cracks. not over my plant but over a large salt water tank. you dont want all that hot glass showering down on you plants and possibly causing a fire.
