Methylhydrate Extraction with charcoal filter

hello i have been doing these kind of extraactions for a while but latley i have been needing to do them on industrial level, i want to use something like a huge 100% non woven laundy bag fill it with material and dunk it into this huge pot i have ,but i donnt know the materials the bag is made of and i have concerns that they may disolve and become part of the oil, any ideas/suggestions. i used to do quick wash but now im goiing to do a quick soak because im using charcoal after to filter out the green and other crap so it still makes great oil, but i could still use to learn tips and tricks thanks, because for nnow im going to have to fill the pot with solvent and starting material then after some stirring, il be filtering and squeezinng with cheese cloth, but that is hella anoying.plz hhelp

Look into restaurant suppy type stuff. Huge colanders. Maybe use a press of some sort. Hell, a broken steam kettle from a hotel that makes 30 gallons of vegetable stock at a time would have a dumping machanism... I say broken as yo don't need the heat...

look up homebrew/wine making stores in your area they have wine presses both electric and manual that will do wonders if you soak and then press

you have to redissolve in alcohol a few time and then purge it to make sure its all gone, also you have to make sure you source of ether has only that in it and no lubricants or other unwanteds

thanks guys il look into the food/brew stuff, i have another question, i using ccharcoal flter, why is my shit red instead of yellow, and how do i remove the lipids i know some are gettin left in there causse when i do a dab it leaves alot of ash on my nail

also i was wondering how much product i can process before i need to change to fresh methanol, like how much per liter of methyl hydrate, how much starting material would i be able to process before the alcohol become fully saturated and i would only be wasting things after that point, i would like to know because right now just to be sure i dont waste or loose good stuff i am probably not getting the full use of the alcohol that i could be, but its better than loosing medicine but id like to not be wasting anything lol

if you are dissolving into alcohol then you should winterize once to remove the lipids

thats what i thought, but what is leaving the black ash on my nail then??? and how do i get rid of whatever is doing it
