mg all purpose plant food

anybody used the miricle grow water soluble plant food the blue stuff. wondering if i should use it on my flowering plants ive given them nothing so far.

How far long flowering are they? Mix at 1/4 strength and DON'T over do it, less is more cha cha ha charmin.
