Mg deficiency or ozone damage?

Is my plant suffering from Mg deficiency or ozone damage? Or something else?

This was sprouted from bag seed around 15 Feb. It's in a gallon of soil (unfertilized Hyponex w/ 20% perlite and a couple of Tbsp of slow-release Miracle-Gro 10-10-10). It's been flowering for about 35 days, but took about 21 days before any pistils were visible. I water about a liter every third day, usually just plain water. But I used a liter of weak Miracle-Gro (15-30-15) about 15 days ago and it really perked up. I used a rounded tsp of molasses in my last liter of water. I'm watering with molasses (1 tsp) and Epsom salt (1 tsp) in my current liter. I have an air ionizer running, but it's on the other side of the room. I shut it off yesterday. It didn't do much to eliminate the odor anyway. The brown spots appear on the leaves around which I think most of the air in my grow box flows. About 20% of the leaves have spots.

The plant is in a 1' x 1' x 2' grow box under 2 x 42-watt soft white CFLs. Yeah I know it's small, but it's my first grow and I'm on a budget of nothing. I included a couple of shots of the whole plant to get an opinion of its general health. No haters, please. Also, can anyone tell what the indica/sativa blend is? The plant is pretty compact and it's been LSTed to keep the height down.

No one has any idea what is going on? It's getting worse. I flushed my soil with tap water followed by a liter of water with about 1/2 tsp of vinegar. Today I sprayed a weak solution of Epsom salt onto the leaves. Also, the smell of the plant has decreased considerably over the past few days.

I didn't notice the brown spots until a couple of days after I added some molasses to my water (about a tsp of Grandma's unsulphured to a liter of water).

if it was me, id stop using nutes or w/e that could effect the plant.(fans, ionizers, nutes, mollasses, or w.e u use that helps plant growth or protection)
then id wait till the next leaves grow in and see if the spots progress, if not then u know it was something u were using, if the spots still increase, then it has to be water, soil, light. i heard spots like that are a defficency of some kind. go to grow faq's and look at problems, that should be in there

According to the grow problem FAQs I've found, brown spots like mine are indicators of ozone damage or Mg deficiency. I've removed the ozone source and flushed the room for 12 hours with fresh air. However, I've had the ozone generator on for the entire life of the plant, but the damage appeared recently. So I'm left with Mg deficiency, hence the Epsom salt foliar spray. No more leaves are growing. I'm in flowering and probably less than 2 weeks from harvest.
