MG Perlite question

Short on cash and the nursery that sells 'plain' perlite without nutes mixed in will close for the winter soon. So, does MG perlite contain those little nutrient orbs or are the nutes somehow fused to the perlite, itself?

If it contains the nute orbs I could just pick them out and be fine right?

you can't see them and i think if you read the % its very small
