MH and then HPS

About a month into my grow. Using MH for veg. When do I switch to HPS for flowering? Only three plants and all are indica. 2 JackBerry KUSH and 1 JackBerry F3. Can't even tell yet on male or females. Thanks for the input.

Supposedly you can start flowering after 4 weeks of veg, I wait till I like the look of the plant before I switch to flower.

You won't be able to sex your plant till around the 2nd week of flowering.
