Ok. my plant is about 2 weeks old. its doing everything that its suppose to be doing. its just doing it on a small scale. its already has 7 finger leaves, and i think its starting its 3 node, but its not even 5 inches.tall. it has a huge root system. so is it growing down and not up? i want to start topping but everything is just so small. is it always going to be this petite? here are a few pics to see how i have things set up.

I believe the politically correct term is Dwarf...lol
The more politically correct term is "vertically challenged" not midget, not dwarf.

Anyway it is staying short because you are blasting it with a ton of light. Too much light in my opinion for the way I like to grow indoors. I like some stretch early on so I can top it and do some training (LST) before I go 12/12.

Anyway if it were mine I would cut back to maybe those 3 big CFL's only for a couple weeks, and only give it 18 hrs of light/day.

If you are going to fill that tent you need some stretch right NOW, in order to do some training on the plant to get some horizontal growth. And if you have not topped I would do so today.

As soon as you decide to switch to 12/12, then hell yeah, start incleasing light intensity, and once they start showing sexual flowering blast them with EVERYTHING you got light-wise.

As always just my opinion
