I always noticed white flies flying around, but they never seemed to hurt my plants. Today i looked under the leaves and there are ALOOTT of white flies.
I was wondering if they hurt the plant?
Its 9thweek of flowering right now

i have them on my outside herb garden, they seem to hurt the baby leaves, and otherwise just be a nuisance... i spray the underside of plants with water that has a couple drops of dish soap in it to keep them at bay. and cover your pots with saran wrap or foil - they lay eggs in exposed moist soil.

Use some vegitable safe pesticide. It's about $6 for a spray bottle. If insects are alive in your indoor garden they have to be feeding on something, and that something is likely your plants.
