Mini split recommendation

Hello everyone I've got a room that is 13'x13'x7'. It has four 1000 watt HPS air cooled Magnum XXXLs. As of right now I can cool the room and keep the RH right where it needs to be (74° and 40%-50%). But it's also January and 20° outside. I'm sure as the warm summer months approach I'm going to need to add an air conditioner. So what size mini split would you guys recommend for that size room and set up? Is there another option beyond mini split? Thanks!

3500 btu's per 1000 watt closed, is 14,000 btu's, I think you could pull it off with a 1 ton unit which is 12,000 Btus
otherwise, the next size up is 18,000
