Minuscule white hair like fibers?

I opened up a dry blue dream and on a red hair is some kind of white mold like fiber.
It comes right off and 100% no damage.

The nugget in the photo is very small and the funky fiber is over a red hair.
What is this? There is no general sign of mold other then these strange fibers that flick off.

me personally if it has mold i chuck it all. and start over dont wanna really mess with mold like that let alone inhale.

I forgot to mention its the circled part.
The other bits are fine, no damage what so ever.

Could a mite have gone inside? I did have mites but they all were hit with neem.

you wouldnt smoke it with a little mold? its not hard to just pick off if it is mould.. why waist weed

Mold looks like a spider web or cotton candy, it usually doesnt look like fibers.

Does it look identical to the brown hairs? You might just have gotten some weed that was throwing a few foxtails or new pistils due to stress.

I would not worry about it being mold though.

Its the size of a red hair, its actually on the red hair can can be flicked off with your nail.
Also its not penetrated inside any nodule, its just kind of outside the nodules random bits...

It does look attached to sacks and developing leafs.

Under a scope it looks like criss crossed lines that intersect.
Its very small and can be removed with a finger nail (That is when you can even find it) You have to look to find it, breaking buds apart.
100% NO damaged plant matter, it all looks great.

There is NO "Rot" what so ever. Just flick it and its gone pretty much.

Also This is my first grow and I have never looked inside a bud ever till this week.

I have to mention, when I got my 215 I was diagnosed with a solid case of OCD but I really do see the fibers.
When I removed one it kind of squeaked like a web being removed and I had to neem my buds with a pretty good infestation of mites but I dont have any mites to look under a scope to compare.

If you got it from a dispensary I'd head back up there and show it to them, may get some free nug out of it.

i cant see it in the pics so i cant help but wanted to post after reading the thread.
