Mites same as fruit flys?

I’m pretty sure these are spider mites or fruit flys. Although I haven’t seen any webs as of yet. Also has anyone used a garlic infused water spray with a teaspoon of dish soap to kill em off? Or anything natural or non chemical?

Get some yellow traps. ALWAYS have them in your grow so you can identify pests before they become a problem.

No, do a search on here or google for the recipe, I'm too tired

ok here ya go, 4th post down, he doesn't mention the plant, also I forgot about them mosquito bite/dunk things, the professionals use them I think
