mmj and ohio ballot

I just wanted to know if some one knows if mmj is on the ballot this year for Ohio or not. I know 22 states have passed it in the past, and 3 or 4 states will be voting on it this year november 4th. is the day

"Supporters were required to collect at least 385,247 valid signaturesby July 2, 2014 in order to land the measure on the November 2014 ballot. However, no signatures were submitted by the prescribed deadline."
