I think rick needs some help with his oil. Its great yes, but he does not seem that informed regarding strain, breeding, and optimizing the oil to be even more effective.
If some one can also isolate the other cannabinoids, and incorporate a higher dose into the oil, it would make it that much more effective.

Greed has taken over the world, it's all about greasing the other guy's wheels to get what they want. (Drug Companies/Gov't Drug Protection Agency)
Anyone can distribute the oil as long as you do it compasionately and not charge for it.
After I finish building my alotted 22 ounces I will make oil for people dying of cancer in my area.
I would encourage everyone to help cure those who are in debilitating pain and suffering and DYING.
God will smile down upon you for your compassion, as will I.

My Labors & Industries dr. was arguing with me about my medicating with MMJ.
I ask him if he was going to call governor Gregroire and tell her not to sign to legalize it ?
Then I ask him what he thought was more important?, lives/sacrifices/people/futures or money/greed to save the country?
I told him the money/greed will win everytime in today's world with the gov't. spending and trying to make it up.
What the gov't. needs to realize is that money is just like time, once it's gone you can never make it up.
