Molasses and Watering

I have always used molasses on my grows. I was wondering when others think is the appropriate time to start adding it at watering. I know it is especially important near the end of flower as the plant needs the sugars but should it be added during veg? I know it also adds some valuable nutrients such as zinc and I believe magnesium as well.

I've been using it from week 2 in flower with good effects and will do so until about week 6.

I use all the time. just less in veg. it encourages effective micro organisms"em" has calcium and magnesium in it plus micro.
