molasses good for soil-less mixes?

Should I use 1 tbsp molasses per gallon of water applied to coco chunks and perlite/vermic mixes?

Hi everyone, could I get a few more replies? My soil-less seedlings seem stunted compared to my soil mix. I have applied FF fert. at 1/2 tbls/ga. The seedlings picked up a little, but they still need some help.

You can use it at an point of the plants life cycle, but since it's mostly used for adding weight/yield to the plant I use it at the beginning of the flower stage and right to the end...
