when should i start to use molasses in my hydro setup. they have been flowering for about a week and a half now. should i start now?

No, molasses is pointless in hydro unless you are using some kind of organic based medium. Molasses feeds microbial life in the soil (or other organic medium i.e. coco), not plants. Plants cannot break down the carbs that make up molasses.
