Molasses can be used throughout the whole flowering stage. Some growers prefer to only use molasses during the last 3 weeks

You can use it throughout the grow. I just depends on you. It's very good for the soil and is an excellent chelating agent. (allows nutrients easier access to the plants).

either will do, on the back it will say how much % cal-mag-iron it has, the % are based on your daily value 2000 calorie diet whatever. just use one tablespoon per gallon o water, every fourth watering. if you start using like every other time your lower leaves will yellow and die from N defficiency, which is caused by the cal/mag(it competes with big molecules for binding spots on the roots, thus causing N lockout/deficiency.
