Mold drying whole plant

Hi, I have just hung 2 plants upside down to dry in my tent as previously I dried in paper bags which I had decent results with but want to see if this method works better as should be able to dry slower.

My question is, both plants are pretty dense actually 1 is super dense and other one is pretty dense and I'm a lazy grower so didnt clean up the bottoms or smaller branches, with this is mind does this increase the chances of mold?? They were grown in DWC so lots of side branches.

I could saw down the middle of main stem to cut the plants in half I guess! Any other ideas or suggestions appreciated, temps are 63 and RH is currently 57, i have an oscillating fan moving air underneath blowing indirectly and the extraction fan and filter are running

a little on the cold side but other than that you are good. I have only had mold a few times with monster colas but I am pretty sure that it was present during the grow because of RH problems and not during the drying process. If they are mold free now they should be ok.

If you can manage, say 90°f with fans, it should be cured in a week. Too fast is a little harsh, but who doesn't smoke oven dried trim before harvest? It's better than mould.

IMO, the drying times make little difference. It's more important to avoid strong lights.

Happy gardening.
