MOLD?!?! help ASAP please

yo im pretty sure this is mold it wasn't there yesterday my plant was lookin real nice i come home to these white spots on my leaves... this is my first grow so i immidiatly got the scissors and choped off the 3-5 leaves that had it ever so gently should i or shouldn't i have done that? i have been getting alot of morning dew and i came home and there was 1 spot around that was still a little wet the size of a dime maybe on the whole plant (3-4footer) heres the pics i got maybe somebody could please give me some advice should i pick this thing before i have more probs its about 5 weeks into flowering or should i let it go and is there a way to prevent it? anything would be very helpfull thanks!

cut all the effected leaves off. not a big deal.

i did but im afraid because mold is a spore based fungus that it could of spread as i cut because of the agitation thats really my main concern

cut it off, and give her a bath first thing in the morning.

i cut it off and i was lucky enough to be graced with a 30 minute thunder/rainstorm about 2 hours later =D very happy camper

I'm not so sure that rainstorm was necessarily a good thing. Moisture/humidity + lack of airflow (can) = mold. As of recently, I'm a huge fan of neem oil (a mild fungicide, insecticide, and miticide) and would recommend everyone use it at least a couple of times while in veg. FYI i had a similar white patch on a plant & it did not aggressively spread or cause major problems.

I have neem oil but i was informed its not good to use during flower idk though im gunna shake the plant try and dry it off tomarrow morning at sunrise and its supposed to be in the 80s tomarrow so hopefully i'll be good got about another 3 weeks to go =\

So far Eagle 20 is the best thing I've found for Powdery Mildew. It's systematic so it will last for 30 days after application.

ok so i came home today after this morning giving it a good shake and some dabs with a paper towel and found nothing hope this keeps up =)
