Mold On Plant Or Is It Spider Webs?

i know the pic is blurry but i couldnt get a better pic sorry you might be able to see it, anyways , i was looking at my plant today and i was looking really close this time to check everything and i had notices this kinda white / clear looking stuff on the bottom of the bud and kinda inside it, bout a couple days ago there was a spider sitting on the white/clear stuff , i dont know if the stuff is mold or just spider webs i mean ive seen pics of mold and it kinda look like it but i dont know i just want to be on the safe side, like i said its kinda clear/white and pretty stringy

Hate to tell you this but to me that looks like bud rot! Chop it off and hope for the best. Good luck!

Cant be 100% with the fuzzy pic but like I said it looks like rot to me, but bud rot doesnt attack all the buds all at once it kinda goes from bud to bud with my experance. You in Northern Cali or North Carolina? Im in North Carolina and lost about half of my massive Grape God plant last week due to bud rot thanks to all the rain, clouds, and very high humidty but this week has been great!! I cut her a week early but had no choice but I still got a Blue Hash, Super lemon Haze and another smaller Grape God going.
